We specialize specifically in dogs only.

Yes and no is the answer to this question. The yes applies to any dogs that are coming in only a few times a year and do not need to be on a set schedule. The no applies to any dogs that need to come in on a regular schedule. While I wish I could tell everyone I can get their dogs in my schedule is booked as full as it can be to maintain the pups I already have coming in.

Scheduling here works a little different than with most groomers. While working a full time job, the dog appointments get scheduled around my weeknight/weekend availability. The recommended time to schedule next appointment is a month to month and a half before wanting to get in. Currently will only book out one appointment at a time, which can be done at each appointment.

Every groom and dog is different, so I will always give an estimated groom time at drop off and then send a 30 minute heads up text from when we will be finished. On average grooms will take 1-3 hours. 

Yes, we understand how important it is to get your pup desensitized to all the different aspects of grooming. They will be booked as a mini groom (tidy up) where we will only do as much as the puppy will tolerate in the most positive experience to get them on the right track for future grooming. Puppies are required to be up to date on all their puppy vaccinations. We recommend getting a puppy in shortly after their final round of shots.
